This beautiful home is conveniently located close to the best beaches and golf courses on the island. Restaurants for dining, family-friendly activities, a great jumping off point to access all locations on the island. Grocery stores, shopping, gas stations etc. are just down the road minutes away. Community park is a block away.

Upstairs you will find the kitchen and living area with views of the Kohala mountains and some peek a boo ocean views. The sunset colors will fill the sky and create a beautiful backdrop for your family sitting together enjoying a home cooked meal. All the bedrooms are located downstairs with plenty of room for everyone. The house was well stocked—from beach equipment toys, chairs to cleaning supplies, laundry detergents and kitchenware. The amount of rooms, beds, linen, and towels help make our stay very comfortable. We had the best experience! Highly recommend!

Just what we wanted

We were looking for a place close to a white sand beach on the Big Island. This house was perfect. Although about a 20 minute drive to Waikoloa Beach, the house was perfect for hosting two families of four. There were fans in every room and a water cooler in the main bedroom. The kitchen is extensively outfitted for anything you want to make, and there were leftover condiments and dry items, which were a pleasure to find. We also appreciated how solid the stairs are (you can't hear people going up or down). We loved this house!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 family members with plenty of room for all. The location was in an area of nice homes. The Kitchen had a good supply of dishes, utensils and pots & pans. There were lots of towels, including beach towels for the full family. The recreation room had a ping pong table, bar and refrigerator. The house was clean when we arrived. The negative was the lack of air conditioning upstairs. There are lots of windows with no coverings, so upstairs became extremely hot during the day. We had to leave windows open for air circulation, but that would cause black dust to blow in and cover everything. Bedrooms were downstairs and one had air conditioning and the rest fans. We had to buy an extra fan, which we left there.
