"First of all, the staff are wonderful. From the quick check in, polite greeting whenever returning to the hotel, the service at the roof top bar, to the arrangement of a trip to Ninh Binh, and a airport pick up, the service was exceptional.
The location itself is great as there is plenty to eat and lots of great little boutique stores around the hotel. There is also a Viettel and HSBC atm about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it's convenient to grab a SIM and cash at the start of your stay.
The hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but that's part of the charm, and the rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable.
The roof top bar is a great way to finish the day, relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view of the city.
I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!"
