Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aliana in Sapa. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make everything comfortable and easy. The property was also very clean, well kept, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
