The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling

Phuong Nam Hotel has a great location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and several Sapa attractions. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the room itself could use some updating. The furniture and facilities feel a bit worn out, and a refresh would definitely make the stay more comfortable. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re mainly looking for a good location and basic accommodation.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was included in our price which made it a great value. The buffet choices were awesome. Minor issue with the toilet flush was promptly rectified. Unfortunately, due to the rains and fog during our stay, the mountain view visibility was zero. View from room was fantastic. Get the panoramic room two walls of windows. Close to everything you need in town. The road it’s on leads down to cat cat village so it can be crazy busy at times.
