The whole place was huge and also the room, very comfortable and relaxing though we didn't try the pool. The only problem was the staff, some of the staff was not welcoming, not accommodating, most of them didn't know how to speak English that results to miscommunication. Except the Front Desk employee who has shoulder length hair, she's very helpful and can communicate well.

The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice.
