I needed a place to stay on my way to Massachusetts. I normally like Comfort Inn but had issues 1) the hot tub was being painted. I booked this hotel especially for the hot tub and was very disappointed . 2) the television didn’t work when I got there. The front desk clerk fixed it quickly, but it was a hassle.. 3) my room key stopped working as I was trying to take my bags out so I had to go to the front desk again to get them to work. Not all the end of the world, but definitely many issues.

The hotel is beautiful, beds were comfy, room was clean, unfortunately no one reads the hotel signs asking that everyone respect their quiet time. Who ever was beside us in the next room sounded like they were right in the room with us. This wasn't early evening or early morning it was in the middle of the night for like 2 hours. From like 1:00 until 3:00am. There was no possible way to go to sleep. It was the worst night I spent in a hotel in a very long time, sucks to spend $160 for one night and not be able to sleep like you should. People need to have some consideration.

Room was clean, staff was great. Bed.. not so comfortable! I am not one to.judge on presentation, but whoever made the bed, it was not great! I worked in a hotel so, i know its something the inspectors always looked at. Maybe they could also put bigger pillows on king size beds because a bunch of standard pillows just looked terrible! The importance of cleanliness and nice staff are key though and they hit the mark!
