The front desk employees were so unprofessional and poorly trained. I asked for my room to be cleaned and was told they do it every other day ridiculous covid is over I don’t pay 450.00 a night for a 3star hotel and not have my room serviced. The smoke detector went off at 7 am with no explanation of what happened and no water so had to check out at 7:45 without even getting a shower

It was so easy to get over to the casino. They had transportation back and forth all day. We went to see a headline act at the Turning Stone Casino. Would definitely recommend.

The property was quiet and clean. Seems fairly new. The shuttle to the casino was a good bonus. The breakfast buffet was good. Overall a quiet comfortable stay.
