It was run down, dirty, unkept and broken down... lights didnt work... nothing looked clean... two deflated little pillows for kind bed that was hard as a rock! The TV was extremely difficult to use... the presentation was discusting! I didnt want to sit on the couch or or even take off my shoes. No one works in the actual office so the door is always locked and you have to actually call a number and wait for them to answer... and then you have to wait for them to come out of the room they are hanging out in no matter what time of day or night... it also seemed very unprofessional as it was difficult for me to even get a reciept! I wish i had taken pictures... the building was also falling apart with nails sticking out. The coffee table was also completely destroyed. I was worried about being unfairly charged for some of the damage... so far so good on that. And the AC seemed to actually work ok :)

Unclean, unprofessional, unimpressed.
There was a used hair tie left in the shower, had to go to the front desk for both soap and toilet paper(none in the room). Remote control was missing for TV One of the towels provided had dark stains on it. No trash cans in the room.

Not good…

Dirty, you could see light from outside around door frame. Hot water took a long time to get to shower. Bed spread dirty and bed wasn’t even made when I arrived.

there was sewage in the sink when i walked in, and obviously not draining. i walked out sick to my stomach, and got a room somewhere else. The property does not come up on gps. i really hope that sewage did not expose me to any diseases such as hepatitis

The room I was given was dirty and in total disrepair, there were no towels in the room, no toilet paper in the room, the lights didn't work. The bathtub had been painted by someone and the paint was coming off. Tried the shower to even see if the room had water and the handle pulled off the bathroom wall. The room looked like it hadnt been worked on in 20 years. I would not have stayed in the room if it was offered for free. This property should NEVER have been listed on Expedia. It was so bad I am not sure how the health department has not condemn the property. It needs to be black listed so no other traveler has to deal with the same. I drove to find 10 plus hours straight to get to my destination and then had to drive around looking for another place to stay. Total BS!!

This hotel is not suitable for listing on platforms like Expedia due to its severe lack of basic amenities and cleanliness standards. The conditions are hazardous, with potential health risks such as bacterial infections. The hotel appears to cater primarily to homeless individuals and lacks essential services like lighting. Given these issues, it would not meet the standards expected by travelers using Expedia or other booking sites, which typically require a certain level of quality and service

We went there and Rome by was under a state of emergency from the tornado we told them we weren’t staying g it was very dangerous concrete all by stairways and everything and they still charged our account never again

The pictures on the site were very misleading for this property, as it was run down and unkept. The room wasn't clean, had a broken nightstand, missing light bulbs, dirty floor, etc. The people staying/ living there didn't make us feel like we were in a safe area. When asked for a refund because we decided not to stay, they told me i had to go through Expedia, who then told me i would have to go through them directly. I will be filing a claim on my credit card to recoup the money.

First of all the place was for homeless people and people on parole. The staff did not provide any things for the room. They charge more money only payable in cash. $135.00 I had to get another motel I did not want my family staying in that area. Please check your motels/hotels to see if they are safe. Is there any way of getting my money back? i would appreciate it
