Room was dirty, cobwebs all over the room and crumbs in the corners of walls. The bathroom ceiling vent had so much dust on it, it looks like it’s never been cleaned. The metal base bed squeaks horribly if you make any movement. They say they have breakfast but that is a lie! Stay somewhere else

The hotel itself does not match the pictures of the room. It is very rundown. The bathroom shower had hairballs on the shower wall upon check-in. The "lobby" smells like mildew. The stairs to our room (no elevator I am aware of) smells like mildew. We tried to book a different hotel at an additional cost, but everything in the area was booked. The officer in the parking lot told us "well, we don't get too many calls here, you should be alright". Should have realized the $100/night was a hint.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was not friendly or happy at all. There were police out front and out back of the hotel handling seperate situations. Nice hot water. Bed a bit hard but great pillows. Noisy metal beds sounded like those cheap metal bunkbeds whenever you move.

I would never book this hotel again. As soon as my kids took off their shoes less than five minutes later the bottom of their foot was black went to go take a shower. The water filled up the tub in seconds and we’re just beating in that black dirt from the floors. The service was terrible. She had nothing to make stay comfortable, no towels, no sheets no nothing seem like she didn’t even wanna do anything

The room was nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very good. Bathroom was pretty old and haggard, but the shower was fantastic! Other guests (sadly right above me) were awful and were making all kinds of noise, yelling, stomping and arguing at 4am. That was the biggest negative.

My daughter and I had concert tickets for a show a mile or two away. The day OF the show, this dump called and told me they couldn't give us a room. Fifth rate business. They couldn't even have en English speaking person call.....rather, they outsourced the "service" call to some overseas company. Complete joke. I will NEVER give my money to this hotel chain the rest of my traveling day. Huge thumbs down.

I did not stay in this hotel on 8-20-2025, it wasn’t up to our standards. The Ramada needs a facelift. False advertising, the photos online does not indicate the property, Not only that when the lady was showing us the room and we told her we didn’t want it. She still charged me $45 and im still waiting on Hotels.com to reimbursed me the cost of the room for that night. We were very disappointed. We had to find another room to stay that night. They cost me an additional $250.

Walk too far on a blazing hot hall to the room. The breakfast are is tight and there was only one hot item—> soggy wilted waffles! I pre checked in online and still had to go through it all when I got to the counter. Also, I booked it through Expedia paid on September 4 and then on September 20 Ramada took out the fee again.Will not stay there again!

Terrible location, hotel (more like a motel) looks deserted and completely unkept. Stinks like weed. Hotel & area feels very UNSAFE, homeless in the parking lot asking for cigarettes. The room itself was falling apart. Mattresses are on a metal frame - weird.
