My daughter and I loved this property.A well kept charming little cottage. Incredible view. Close to neighbours for feeling of community and safety yet very private due to terrain and vegetation. Quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to downtown. Great attention to detail in decor and furnishings in both beauty and functionality. Hot tub and washer dryer a real plus. Parking was never an issue and walking up and down the long stairway was delightful. We look forward to a future stay.

Clean and quiet. Husband and I stayed to celebrate our anniversary. The cottage is adorable. The decor was thoughtful and the layout and furniture was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised about how quiet it is. A perfect retreat from the chaos of daily life. I am not one to typically use a hot tub, however it was obvious that it was recently serviced and clean. We loved the view from the hot tub. We loved everything about our stay. We would like to mention that the timer seems to be off on the outdoor lights - the lights were not on when it was dark - but were on during the day.

We had such a great time at Sunny Daze! The house felt so cozy and welcoming, and we loved sitting outside with our morning coffee. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and downtown—would definitely stay here again!

An amazing little getaway with even better views. Clean and bright little beach cottage style place.
So relaxing, that i didn't want to come home. Can't wait to go back. Minutes away from great restaurants, the Botanical Garden, the Ventura pier area. Only 20 minutes to the wine country. This place has it all.
