Beach access is important... Quiet area and ocean views
If it's a busy weekend make sure you arrive early or you won't have parking and they will just ask you to leave and refund or cancel your reservation. They don't care if you traveled from afar or already paid. The valet guys are there to cram as many cars and pull as many tips as they can before they clock out and don't bother to check reservations for paid guests. Rude staff. Really unwelcoming. Stay at a resort nearby if you want a safer stay
Great stay, clean and nice looking hotel rooms.
Clean property, perfectly on the beach. The restaurant server was a bit over the top with his jokes, upsetting the kids actually. Limited food options and extremely tiny rooms with a literally see through bathroom door and a long wait for the elevators
Great location on the beach. Nice bar. Good hotel rooms. Great location.
Great staff customer service is excellent
great staff very clean and pet friendly
They were on the beach, they had an outdoor fire pit and a bar. Their restaurant was across the court yard. They had a good selection from steaks to seafood and the fresh catch was excellent. I could see the other hotel that I had looked at from my room and I was happy that I choose this one. They have valet parking or free self parking across the court yard.
Great staff the Chef here is amazing!
I liked everything and have stayed there many times. one of the staff members was not very friendly at the front desk
I loved staying here. It’s a great hotel in an awesome location. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. All the staff even loved saying hi to my dog! Valet parking parked our car in a manner that made it easy for them to keep an eye on the bikes on the back of our car. Only downside I found was that the bathroom door allows the light through into the bedroom, which means light floods the room whenever someone uses the bathroom lights.
.
the good: The hotel bar has a fabulous bartender, Michael. The front desk staff are all very accommodating. The ocean view from the room. The food choices. the bad: Can't think of anything.
