Probably the nicest place we have stayed at. Everything was new and clean. Close enough to everything, but also quiet as well right on the canal. Close to Public paid parking lots and we were able to walk. We definitely would stay here again.

Well equipped throughout. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also a nicer area to stay if you don’t mind walking otherwise public transport is an easy walking distance. Staff are very helpful. I only had an internet connection problem but it was because my internet wasn’t working properly when I was outside the entrance. Doors are opened using an app.

Great location, close to a grocery store, close to many great restaurants. We absolutely loved this place. Our hotel concierge Laura gave us wonderful recommendations. We were very happy with the newly-renovated one bedroom apartment within walking distance of the major sites in Venice. there were also many restaurant options nearby and a much more pleasant area than the areas closer to San Marco square.

Too notch place to stay!

The location isn’t spot on very walkable from the Santa Lucia train station. Other sites like San Marco square, and the Realto bridge are about a good 20 minute walk. The walk was very good through the canals and narrow streets so it’s very good experience. There were thunderstorms for a few hours both days but lasted only for 4-5 hours in the morning, the sun quickly dried out the whole town. We stayed in our rooms and were very entertained by the waterway outside our windows. Even when it was raining we took the umbrellas available in the front and walked to the discount mini mart close by to get milk, juice and water for our next trip. The stay was very well organized and really top notch. I would highly recommend.

This property opened in May after two years of renovation. It is truly a special retreat in Venice! The staff was also exceptional! Do not hesitate to stay!

Awesome, property which was recently upgraded. A family of four and two big teenagers. Stayed in the family room B10 and the standard of facilities was really good.
