An amazing stay in Venice

This property was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend. The property is within walking distance to a small grocery store, a larger one is about 0 minutes away walking. The concierge team was so helpful prior to our arrival and arranged a private taxi to bring us from the train station to our lodging. The property appears recently renovated and the apartment was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lovely amenities included in the bathroom, and the bedroom was perfect. It is a longer walk to the main areas of interest, but we enjoyed staying away from the larger crowds and taking in some more local culture, dining, etc. Many places within walking distance to dine or go have a drink or just watch the boats go by. Overall we highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We loved staying at this aparthotel. The facilities in the room were excellent (laundry, drying rack and kitchen). It was in a nice quiet location which was very easy to get to from the bus station. There was a lot of room in the apartment. Everything was new and clean. The concierge were polite and helpful. They even had room slippers in the room and umbrellas to borrow in the rain. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Probably the nicest place we have stayed at. Everything was new and clean. Close enough to everything, but also quiet as well right on the canal. Close to Public paid parking lots and we were able to walk. We definitely would stay here again.

Well equipped throughout. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also a nicer area to stay if you don’t mind walking otherwise public transport is an easy walking distance. Staff are very helpful. I only had an internet connection problem but it was because my internet wasn’t working properly when I was outside the entrance. Doors are opened using an app.

We were very happy with the newly-renovated one bedroom apartment within walking distance of the major sites in Venice. there were also many restaurant options nearby and a much more pleasant area than the areas closer to San Marco square.

Clean, modern, spacious, great communication. Staff was very helpful with luggage storage and arranging for a water taxi. The location is perfect. Quiet yet close to the train station. Nice and big shared outdoor space was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
