I was very happy with my stay. Every one was so friendly. Housekeeping was great. Food and drinks were on the expensive side but that was expected. The boat ride back and forth was easy but keep in mind it leaves on time very time. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is my experience with the spa. It was a great massage but it was not a 5 star experience. We checked the weather for the week and scheduled for a day we knew it would rain and we would be staying at the hotel for the day. First issue was you only get 1 hr to use the spa facility and they say it is complimentary…. How is it complimentary with what we were charged? My biggest issue was there are only 7 or 8 lounge chairs at the pool inside. Keep in mind we booked that day because of the rain. We were told we could not use them because they were rented! People can pay to use the spa for an a specific amount of time while not paying what I paid for a massage. There was no place for us to put our towels or robes. There were 2 chairs they called sofas they said we could use. I spent over $600 for massages and could not relax by the pool because some one rented a chair for $70?? I had to put my belongings piled on a chair? They need to reevaluate who’s the priority, the customer that is spending over $600 or the customer that spent $70. I would not recommend the spa as much as I liked the hotel itself.

The hotel and property were beautiful. The staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful. We ate at 3 of the restaurants and all three were fantastic. The staff at breakfast were wonderful.

Wow, wow, wow! Super place, very James Bondy as you arrive by taxi boat - thats all I'm going to say on that. Stayed here with my family. Super relaxing by the roof top pool every morning, not crowded at all. Then gorgeous roof top bar lunch everyday. Then dress up for the afternoon evening, jump onto the free shuttle boat into the city. This on its own was amazing. Lovely sights and restaurants in Venice. Wasn't that busy at all. Service back at the hotel was excellent. Special mention to all these lovely people that just smiled and chatted and gave great service always: Buse, Ruwani, Giada, Ioana, Eva, Martina and of course Falippo and is Old Fashions! Thanks everyone. We'll be back

The property could use a refresher for their lounge cushions and customer service for drinks and towels by the family pool are not amazing and understaffed. Food overall is good though. The property is well kept but the pools could use a refresher in terms of stained stones ect. And the gravel on one side to the pool with lounge chairs isn’t awesome. Kids club is nice but they could come up for more diversity for outdoor activities ect Overall a good experience

Loved the location and facility! Very nice professional hotel staff! Loved the views of Venice from the resort!Amazing views from Infinity pool and rooftop! The best feature the resort had transportation every 30 min from the hotel to Venice and opposite!

Dangerous, moldy place

Terrible experience. First time we were at this hotel two years ago, and I have no idea what happened, because it was 10/10. Seems nobody watched this hotel all this time. First, we got a room in the main building at the first floor. I was sure it’s a technical floor (because it looked like). Small window next to the loud conditioner. Dirty. We left immediately. Then we got the room at the second floor, and were too tired to come back to the reception again. At least we had two small windows. This room was prepared for another family, with the welcome card to another name and with the extra bed. Bathroom wasn’t clean and even vanity set was opened (and was never refreshed). Dirty carpet, mold… Sun-beds near the pool are black because of mold. All of them! We asked to cancel our stay and a full refund, because of allergies. But nobody even say “sorry” or try to fix the problem. Nothing! It’s 2* motel, don’t waste your time and money.

overall it was overate and not worth the money. House keeping service was poor and the rooms are quite old. It is a 40 mins commute from city centre so it is not the most convenient location for short term travel.
