Hotel is great, very clean and spacious. It's very walkable to find food etc. We also walk to downtown and Gatineau area - a bit of a distance but it's doable. The location is great, I feel safe to walk my dog at night around the hotel.

We had a nice stay as a family. Only issue was they wouldnt take visa debit or cash as a hold upon arrival so we had to wait to check in before getting a credit card authentication and authorization from a family member via an online form. We werent treated very well dyring this process
