No Hot Water. If you got lucky it might be warm at times. A few times it stayed cold. AC could never lower the temperature. No ice buckets at all in hotel. No street signs where to turn to main drive to hotel. Breakfast area needs immediate help to deal with garbage and trash pickups. Coffee wasn’t ready until after 30 min after breakfast started.

I live around the corner and set my family, who visits often, up there. The amenities are great and it's basically an extension to our home. They like staying there and that matters a ton. The staff are lovely people and we just love this hotel and it's just one more reason why we use the Hilton network when we travel.
