The property was clean, the food was acceptable, and the housecleaning and food serving staffs were friendly and helpful. We were traveling to spend some last moments with my dying mother. We flew from Seattle and arrived in Boise after midnight and then had a two-hour car drive to Twin Falls. After visiting my mother in hospice care, we went to check-in at the Twin Falls La Quinta. We were told by the front desk clerk that she couldn't check us in until 3 p.m. Our only option was to sleep in our car. She relented and did check us in. I would encourage that there be 24-hour check-in for those flying into Boise after midnight. We were exhausted. I was able to see and be with my mother before she died and help plan and attend her funeral.

One severe draw back was the arrival of very late, very loud drunks checking into the room next door in room 230, we were 232. I would recommend placing lat arrival l, any one after midnight be put on an end on the first floor away from sleeping guests. It took quite some time for them to get settled. 20 minutes + at 3am!! Ugg!!

Perfect stop over , ideal location formed part of our road trip. This hotel was very, very good up there with everything it had to offer. So comfortable, clean, huge big rooms. Shame we only stayed one night and didnt manage to fit in using the spa and pool. It looked so good. Twin Falls area was beautiful so clean and friendly. Keep up the good work , you cant go wrong staying here. Very good x

We stayed here 2x in 9 days. Twin falls is our halfway point between montana and California. TV didnt work, had to change rooms. Pool was filthy and hot tub was closed on our first stay. I thought maybe they would be open 9 days later... NOPE. out of order again. Closed. $225 a night is ridiculous if we cant even get the ammenties. Not staying with them anymore. Also the first the time I booked the hotel. The agent booked us for the wrong city. I am now being told that I don't get a refund before it even though it was the agent book does in the wrong city. We don't even drive through that city
