This is our 2nd time staying at this property while visiting our daughter at UA and we have no complaints. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the beds are comfortable.

Numerous fingernail clippings on the floor, fingerprints and handprints on headboard of bed, dirty doors where hands frequent, carpets torn and dirty at elevator and entrance to room, trim on doors not wiped down. The staff was very nice. Karen brought us towels and was extremely nice. The man at the front desk when we checked in was also very nice.

I was surprised by the size of my room. I also had a full kitchen which was nice. I had an amazing sleep v/c beds were very comfortable and pillows weren’t overly big like others. Only issue was when I got off elevator you could hear ice maker beeping but I couldn’t hear in my room. Overall great experience and I would recommend. Ps breakfast was fair… just eat waffles and fruit and skip the rest because it didn’t look too appetizing
