Awesome experience. Free beer at check-in, and complimentary breakfast was made-to-order. The owner/operator provides personal and attentive service. I highly recommend! Newly remodeled rooms with new, comfortable furniture.

Best place I've ever stayed at.

Very friendly staff / owners they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The room was spotless cleanest room I've stayed at in quite a while and they make breakfast for you and the food was quite good too. They have a happy hour between 5 & 7 PM and you can get 2 drinks be it beer or a couple of shots of something else for free.

Great place to stay.

Great room, easy check in, and a welcome area with water, snacks, and drinks for us. Our breakfast was really good and right on time. The room was comfortable and we slept very well. We will use this hotel on our return trip.

The property is old. They are renovating, but the renovations are far from impressive. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The 9.8 rating is deceiving, though.. You have to order your breakfast and give them a time or you won’t be served. I would book a stay there again.

Those hotel was excellent! The staff were kind and were available whenever needs. The hotel was very clean. They have done a lovely job renovating and updating the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, which is rare in a hotel, and the room quiet. I very much appreciated their attention to details. Thank you for a great stay!

Sadly, my daughter and I cancelled our stay as the bonnaroo festival was canceled. We stayed in Nashville at another hotel that expedia helped us book because manchester did not seem safe. Expedia fought hard to have this hotel refund something. They refunded nothing. I travel a lot. Think twice about a hotel that is this rigid.

Alex the operator was incredibly accommodating at what is his busiest time of year Bonnaroo! I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveler anny time. Fantastic stay. I'm not a review guy, but I had to say something and I stay in hotels 150 nights a year.
