The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating with special requests. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the room. There was a splash of something on the bathroom wall under the TP roll and upon closer inspection it was on the spare roll as well. I also found mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, which was too short for the tub causing difficulties in keeping it inside the tub while showering. There was also black around the tub faucet and stains on the window seating. There were a few other minor things too.

The internet did not work and the bed was old and it rolled you into the sunken center.

A very nice family hotel. Room was neat and clean. I do thanks the anonymous representative who accepted our last minute offer to provide microwave and refrigerator room. We did receive some week WiFi strength. Except then that all was good.

This Microtel is a drab, dreary place. Our room was tiny and had no amenities, a bed and enough room to walk around it and that's about it. The free breakfast menu items were sub-par. I will say that the guy at the front desk was a pleasant enough fellow. The only reason we booked the room and stayed there was because the weather had turned bad and we didn't want to keep driving through the snowy conditions. I would never stay at this Microtel again by choice however!

Good location, price great. No fridge or real space if you wanted to unpack. This was just a regular room. Friends had a suite which was real nice. Now we know for next time!

Carpet was ripped, room smelled musty, and bathroom was dirty.

The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was pretty impressive! We would stay there, again.

The room was dusty and had holes in the curtains and bedcover.Bedding was ruff and itchy. Bathroom was dirty hair and dust in corners. And noisey at night.

Friendly staff. And clean room. Good location. Price was good too.

Room very adequate. Would have liked a small refrigerator. Also was told the kitchen usually has something set up by 6:30. We really needed an early departure. The couple that was on duty was just coming to the area at 6:35 and did turn on the juice machine or orange juice but nothing else available. They looked like they had just rolled out of bed and not very helpful. Also no one st front desk to check out. Just left keys on counter. Kind of a “cold” exit from your property.

Damage in room when we entered it. Had used a carpet deodorizer that was overwhelming and made it miserable to breathe. Staff nice, breakfast nice, location good and parking easy.

everything was fine. staff friendly, breakfast was good

It was a pretty standard Microtel. It was clean, and got the job done for a roadside place to sleep, and a bit better than expected hot breakfast. No complaints!

Well the mattresses were pretty soft and didn’t allow for a good night sleep. Then on Saturday night at 9 pm we had to listen to hotel staff vacuuming room 106 while talking about “ rolling a joint for someone and that they told them nothing is for free”. Perhaps you may want to consider drug testing your employees and recommend not cleaning rooms in the middle of the night.

Staff great! Very attentive. Checked us in, then she checked our rm to make sure it was ready. When it wasn't, she up graded us for free to a suite! Wow! We've stayed here many times in transit twice a year. Always very nice!

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. It is off the beaten path and tucks in a little off the highway. In general it was a good stay.
