Poor breakfast choice..: no creamer for coffee… no fresh fruit or yogurt… too expensive for a holiday inn express. Coffee station in room was never stocked… bright light around the building were too bright for a room to sleep in

Great room, very clean, friendly staff, everything worked, fridge, AC, awesome shower!!
Worst check in in my entire life. I arrived at 10:30PM and my room was not ready. I was given a key to a filthy room. It took the agent at the check-in to go through the entire 3rd floor to find a room that is ready. When I said a « filthy room », I meant it because the toilet was not even flushed and the sink was incredibly dirty and the bed not made.i was chocked to be exposed to that terrible view of the room.
I wish more hotels were like this. Nice, well-appointed, comfortable room. This is the third time I've stayed here and it's consistently great. Highly recommended!!
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room smelled horribly, and there were no bath towels in the bathroom. Nice hotel appearance. It’s odd that it smells so much like smoke if this is a fairly new hotel and a smoke free campus.
This is an exceptional hotel. Very nice, well appointed rooms and friendly staff. It really stands out from the crowd and I wish more were like it!!

We were in town to visit nearby Lynchburg, TN and the Jack Daniel distillery. This hotel is new or has been recently renovated (July 2017). Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Many chain and local restaurants are nearby. We ate a delicious meal at Las Trojas Mexican Restaurant & Grill.
Last minute booking was no problem. Outstanding room, excellent location, large breakfast choices and even some frozen food choices for the evening. But plenty of restaurants close by. We were looking for a nice place to stay near the Beechcraft Heritage Museum and this was absolutely perfect in every way. Slept well, ate a good breakfast at the hotel, and then enjoyed the beautiful airplanes for a couple hours.

Everyone was very friendly there and I felt very welcomed!! The breakfast in the morning was great and the pool was nice! It is heated but still a little cool to get into. The beds were fine for me but a little too firm for my sister and it made her back hurt a little. The only problem I had was that my bed was very squeaky but not enough to keep me up or make a complaint. Overall, everything else was wonderful and I definitely recommend staying here!
Hotel was wonderful. Very clean. Very nice people working there. Train little loud byt not bad.
The staff was fantastic so helpful and the rooms were in top notch shape.Plan on staying there again in June.
Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express was friendly and willing to help. Our room was very clean and nicely completed with all the accessories. We were staying in Tullahoma,TN to visit the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg,TN. The hotel clerk showed us different places to eat dinner on Friday night, however I wish he would have made more personal suggestion on where to eat. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
From the time we arrived it was a first class experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Anonymous, We are so sorry that you did not like the breakfast choices during your stay. Due to Covid we were very limited in what we were able to offer. We are now back to a full open Breakfast. (Now the problem is getting the products we all have come to know and love) However, we are very excited for this new step towards normalcy. As for the building lights outside, I'm not sure what to say we do have lights in the parking lot for guest safety, as well as black out curtains in the rooms to help with any light issues. We do hope this clears up any issues and hope you return again in the future! Stephanie
