Room was a no. Smoking room but the blanket on the bed had cigarette burns in it. The knob on the bathroom sink faucet came off. The breakfast was good and the employees were amazing. Parking was good, we parked right outside our room. It was quite noisy in the next room with talking outside and reving engines.

So the bed that we were given had the Slough from the bed bugs. There were blood stains on the mattress. The furniture was broken and left unrepaired. There were holes in the bathroom door. The door to the outside locked but did not seal because it looked like somebody had kicked it in and the baseboard was peeling off. Needless to say we left and we have been asking for a refund. The pictures that are on the website are not accurate and supposedly according to hotels.com are for reference only

Needed a bed and a shower after a night at Bonnaroo..this worked well and was easy drive from Manchester. Only complaint was that it’s a little humid in the rooms but otherwise it served its purpose. Will stay again.
