Cute cottage right in the heart of Tropic and a central location to any of the park activities you’re looking for. Check in was easy, the cottage was well appointed, clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The front porch and sitting area were fantastic for a quiet start or end to your day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bybee’s Steppingstone Motel while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. We stayed in a one-room cabin with a kitchenette, and it was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The cabin was well appointed with ample linens and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with restaurants and a store nearby, and it was less than 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It made a great home base for exploring the park, and we would gladly stay here again.

The room was relatively clean. The property is older yet this just added to the ambience and is conveniently located within walking distance to the available restaurants. Bybee’s is also located between Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin providing driving access to both parks. I would definitely recommend Bybee’s Steppingstone Motel and would stay here again when visiting Utah’s canyon country.

We did not feel it was anything like the picture presented on Expedia. The room was very close to the road which was loud with the traffic. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The clerk did suggest restaurants for dinner and breakfast which was very helpful.

This was a very small boutique hotel and the room was on the small side, but it was clean, had all the nornal amemities, and was very efficiently laid out. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Right along the highway and near dining options (which aren't many in a small town but they wrre good)
