Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel was super clean and in good condition. It was very quiet, even with other people in the rooms on both sides of us. Nice park nearby. The kids even enjoyed a visit from one of the neighbors baby goats! The staff was genuinely kind and happy to help.

The location was great for our hikes in Bryce and beyond

This was a convenient location to where we planned to hike in Kodachrome park and visit Bryce Canyon. The hotel was very basic with linens similar to a motel 6; not too exciting or soft but clean. The rooms are large and there was a mini refrigerator and microwave.

Staff were very accommodating. We arrived way before check in time and since they had a room cleaned and ready, they let us put our stuff in the room so we could go to Capitol Reef without fear of having our stuff stolen. It was probably 11:00am. The food was very good also. We like to have a couple of local beers and they had them on tap. The views from the motel was excellent and it’s located just outside the park.

Wish they had an elevator for access to the third floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. Carlon the owner was absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, interested and interesting. We would recommend!

Outside doesn't look great, but the rooms look like they were just remodeled and are clean. Not many options in the area, thankful for the clean room and access to gas pumps.

You should not judge a hotel by its exterior look This hotel looks shabby, with a gas station in front! However the rooms are nice and comfortable Things to know:: No coffee machine in the room. Hotel staff is the clerk at the convenience store. Three stories high no elevator

Staff was friendly, the room was relaxing and peaceful. The food truck was awesome, but get there early because they sell out fast!!!

While not real close to Bryce Canyon, it is on the way from Bryce to Capital Reef. The only negative is the steps to all the rooms. While miles away from restaurants, there is a BBQ trailer open a few hours every evening (and at lunch) that is very good.

We were on 3rd floor with no elevator, just an outdoor staircase. Nobody around to help with bags at 7 am. Room was clean but absolutely reeked of some sort of strong cleaning agent. Nearest restaurant was 5 miles away. Other than all that it was fine!

My family and I enjoyed the two nights we stayed in this hotel and close to Bryce Canyon NP.

Basic room and amenities, but closest hotel to Kodachrome State Park, in an area very visited but still with limited accommodations. The check-in is available only till 10PM, must phone afterwards and wait for someone to come to get service. The room itself was clean and comfortable, spacious enough and easy accessible - although the hotel has 3 stories and no elevator, keep that in mind if any mobility issues. All in all a decent overnight stay for a decent price with an excellent location on Utah Scenic Route 12.
