"We have stayed here several times - it has always improved from year to year. Solid surface floors, great beds, super clean. If we cannot stay on the beach this is our second choice - right on the Marina ; a short walk across the street to the beach via public access. if you stay try to get the Marina side - you will have a nice little patio or deck right over the the intercoastal waterway and boats slips. Pretty sunrise too. The only reason we gave it 4 stars this time was that there were very rowdy people over us the front desk could not seem to control. The clerk was very nice to us - got permission to move our room down the hall. However it was a little disconcerting - we have never experienced bad renters before there. I think this was an isolated incident. Other small tweaks: The Dcaf side of the lobby coffee machine has been out of order for months ( we have stayed 2X this year). Why doesn't someone fix it? They need more than one ice machine. Also , sad to see the deck bar overlooking the beach and sunset is hardly evern open. I guess most folks just go to to where there is entertainment like Ricki's down the street. But we highly reccommend this hotel!"

"This was a nice stay! Having 2 pools was nice as it seemed the kids gravitated more towards 1 vs the other 1 :) . This property has 2 bar/restaurants both with food and drinks, so really you dont have to even leave the resort if you didnt want to. Having 2 beach chairs available daily with water was a huge incentive. We were able to rent an umbrella on the beach and the umbrella service guy was awesome and super friendly. The beach behind the bilmar was the cleanest we had seen ever. We went to another beach during our trip also and it wasnt as nice (buried trash ect...) The shower wasnt the best condition & the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was not high quality or full. We had to really pump to get any product. We were only here for a short weekend so it got the job done. Not bad enough to warrent a complaint. Walgreens is right acrossed the road so its super convenient to grab anything you need! I look forward to coming again and checking out more of what this beautiful area has to see!"

"This was our second visit. The condo are nicely equipped with all the basics. Salt and pepper, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, etc. They are clean and all have a view. We love the convenience of 2nd floor. The pool is beautiful but a few more umbrellas would be helpful along with some rules for not throwing balls at the pool. Some families like to take over. Other than that, the location is amazing and there are so many things within walking distsnce and the beach is amazing too. We can't wait to visit again."
