This Comfort Inn & Suites does not know what handicap acceptable means. The bed was about 18 inches from the floor in one room. The other handicap room was at the end of an extremely long hallway. Both showers allowed water to pool on the floor.

It would have been an overall five stars but on multiple occasions there wasn’t hot water. And this was at times when water usage couldn’t have been that high. If we hadn’t sprung for the jacuzzi option maybe it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we couldn’t use it when we wanted to. Otherwise it was great.

Was woken up many times by people in the surrounding rooms. Heard other people complain to front desk and nothing really happened. Front desk people were friendly but all night long was very loud noise from surrounding rooms!!
