The view alone was worth it. Standing at the kitchen sink and watching the hummingbirds feed lifted a mundane experience to the sublime.The house was conveniently close to Capital Reef NP. It took no time at all to get to a trail.Kitchen, baths were well-stocked. The house was very clean. Check in was a breeze.A BIG 5 stars!

This was a fantastic stay! Previously, we had stayed in the 1-bedroom unit - which we loved - but this time we stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with another couple. It was so comfortable and so well situated! The living space was lovely with amazing views all around, and then there was privacy for each couple and with amazing views from the bedroom. The kitchen was is well stocked and Todd was incredibly responsive to the coffee machine not working - he immediately replaced it! Our dog was very comfortable in the space and we loved watching the hummingbirds at the feeder.The front and back decks were perfect for morning and evening and the area is so quiet!We do not normally travel with friends, but we will do so again in the future because this unit provides the perfect blend of privacy and conviviality.

This was the most enjoyable VRBO I’ve ever had. Loved having the option of two decks. Fully stocked kitchen had everything. Heating was fantastic as it was cold outside. Big windows and the firepit/table are amazing. The host thought of everything. My wife and I hope to stay here annually.

This lovely home was exactly as listed and I would give it 10 stars if possible. Being able to cook meals in the well equipped kitchen was a plus. The owners have thought of every little detail and their love and caring for the home and its surroundings shine. I’ve also stayed in their one bedroom unit numerous times and both houses are amazing VRBO rentals.
