Not so grand hotel

Be warned this hotel does NOT have an elevator. Hotel seems ok from the outside but rooms are not well kept nor is the furniture in the lobby. If you aren’t lucky to get a room on the 1st floor you and your luggage will need to use the stairs. Reception staff was also not very helpful. Young lady had a hard time coding our room keys and twice I had to go back because they still wouldn’t work. Furniture in lobby and room had multiple stains. Water leaked from the showers on multiple rooms. Quite disappointed with this reservation. I booked a much better hotel days before at a similar price.

I arrive at the hotel and after looking at the room decide to leave and book another hotel in toluca. I will not recommend this hotel to friends or family

AWFUL

I had a reservation for 6 days but after the first night...I tried to move out but hotel explained that Expedia will charge them commision for the remained days if I leave before completing full reservation days. Breakfast is just only eatable for local people.....never have the replace towels when room was done..they come always late on the day. awful location ...nothing in the surroundings and last but not least my pijama dissapeared after the first night and I never recovered. After complaining in the reception I got some chease & wine...uneatable. Expedia should not have this Hotel in their programme

Excelent choice for our money

The hotel was the best price option that is why we chose it. It turned out to be convenient and a good deal for our money. The rate included breakfast internet access and free parking. Breakfast was a buffet but like the ones in Mexico, very complete... internet was sufficient and free parking was real. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Not a great location. Poor setup of hotel

Long walking in the hotel to get to the room - too spread out. Just inefficient. Pool is nice. Breakfast is good, but do not order from the restaurant st other times. I was served ice cold mole. Really not a convenient location at all

Really nice place

Excellent hotel with nice indoor pool and good breakfast buffet included. The rooms are fine. Our room had a heat/ac unit that would not work. They brought us a portable heater that helped but not quite good enough. Had trouble loading the address into the gps. No problem on Google. The address is a km on the highway which the gps would not accept.
