Be sure to get a room that’s large otherwise the one bed rooms (for two) are quite small. Hotel was excellent for our five night stay. We upgraded to a larger room on a high floor and were much happier. Rooms are clean and the showers are excellent. Nice having the washer dryer unit. Very convenient to exploring Tokyo! Loved the location.

The property is located in a busy street full of restaurants. You can't hear any noise from the room. Shinjuku Sanchome station is about 1 min walk to C3 entrance and less than 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station. The room is descent size and can accommodate multiple luggage.
