Rooms are very small, but clean. No shelves or closet to put clothes/luggage. Overall, it was clean and in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and train station. Great place if you will only sleep at the hotel and be out most of the day, which we did. Breakfast was a sandwich with coffee.

Location was great, and a residential area that was quiet but still a short and safe walk to the ebisu station. Housekeeping with sheet and towel change daily, and they also allowed us to keep our luggage at the front after checkout. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Nice breakfast menu with a choice if three sandwiches. I recommend the egg sandwich. Comes with coffee or tea. The room was clean. Had the deluxe twin room on the 6th floor. Beds were comfortable. Air purifier and AC worked great. I wish they had one or two channels of English broadcasts on the TV. Many international travelers stay here and that would be nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Could be more areas to hang towels and clothes. Another rack and some towel hangers would be nice. The hotel is in a great area and a 5 min walk to JR Ebisu Station on the Yamanote line.
