The hotel was beautiful. The best part was the team that helped us at the front desk and the bakery (those were my only interactions). To say the staff goes above and beyond would be an understatement. Ms. Takana was a gem and is a highlight of this hotel.

Almost everything was great about the room. Only biggest complaint would be the wifi. They need to improve on the wifi and increase bandwidth because it is slow at times and that's a bother. I would also say that they should increase the laundry machines in laundry room. Only 4 laundry machines are not enough for the whole hotel. It is usually taken and a lot of hotel guests have to wait. Other than that's beautiful hotel. Beds are comfortable, pretty clean, nice bathrooms and balcony. Also pretty quiet and convenient to get to the subway stations.

Wonderful hotel and staff. So close to Metro station which made getting around very easy. Room was lovely and enjoyed view over stadium and city. Large sliding door and deck to get fresh air. Extremely quiet on stadium side of hotel. Highly recommend.

Quiet, clean neighborhood. Right outside of a station. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, would say the balcony was not worth it and the room was a little small. Found out one of the front staff charged only me an early check in fee out of the entire group.
