I had a great time in LiVEMAX hotel. The area is awesome, the hotel is right under Tokyo skytree. We could walk across the street to the skytree everyday it was so convenient. The room was pretty basic but the surrounding area was definitely worth it! Would stay again.

Very small rooms, but you have everything you might need here in this hotel, except for food but , 7/11 few steps away and many restaurants near by....walkable distance to subway station and to Sky Tree tower ...this was my 4th time staying in this hotel ....

The room is nice and cosy for those who don't mind small enclosed room. Location is great as it's one block towards Tokyo Skytree and train station. I do wish they have instructions in English on how to operate the Aircon controller as it's constantly blowing on the bed.

I enjoyed my stay here. However the room was VERY small compared to the pictures and how it looked. Additionally the bathroom was tiny and overall could not have more than 1 person staying in the room in my opinion. The location was fine but for the cost I had expected a little more. Staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel was very clean.

The mattress was so old that the metal bars sticking out and hurting my back the whole night. I told the staff about it and ask for another comforter to cushion; they have a blanket but it was still terrible. The mattress under the sheet was also full of hair and dirty.
