20 minutes to Shibuya and Harajuku. 15 mins walk to "Shimokitazawa (great sub-culture town)". Great access to "Koenji(used clothes fans must go)"! You can even walk to Koenji if you want.
This apartment is very convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo.

Nearby is a little "Okinawa Town", where you can enjoy delicious Okinawan foods and atmosphere.

From DAITABASHI station, it is 6 minutes to SHINJUKU (2 stations by local trains), 20 minutes to SHIBUYA and HARAJUKU (MEIJI-JINGU MAE) by train and a 15-minute walk from SHIMOKITAZAWA, making it a very convenient location for sightseeing in Tokyo.

I would not recommend for long stay
The building is old. The unit bath was very narrow and the toilet was old and dirty. There was no outlet in the bathroom so we couldn't use a hair dryer etc. The steps to the loft bed were too steep and when we sat down our heads almost hit the ceiling. The lights in the room were dim.The room we stayed in didn't have a dining table, just a small desk and a chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed to eat. There were some inconsistencies between the photos of the room and the description of the furniture etc.The only good thing was the convenient transportation. I do not recommend this accommodation.
