The hotel wasn't in a great area and was a bit difficult to find. The rooms were musty and beds were uncomfortable. As a single traveller, it seemed that safety wasn't a first priority. The back door was left open and didn't lock, so anyone could have entered the hotel from the main floor door.

The rooms are nice enough and the staff are friendly, but unfortunately I’m pretty sure this hotel has a mold problem or some big plumbing problem. My bathroom had a very strong dank, moldy smell that was almost overpowering. The bathtub in the bathroom is not grouted and there is no seal against the wall, so there is a space between the tub and the wall where water can get in. It smelled like water had been sitting there for a long time. I brought this up to the staff but they did not seem to understand this is not normal or healthy.

Hotel in a quiet neighborhood

A hotel located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood but it is on the Yurakucho line so quite convenient to go anywhere including in the Toyosu area. The down point is that the rooms are really small. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Really enjoyed my stay, the property looks very new and modern with a Japanese touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff speaks English which I personally found very helpful.

Almost fine

Rooms was cramped but clean the bed was average as well. Most things in room were normal not great. But there was one thing that really sunk the experience. The fan in bathroom, it never shut off and had the suction of a jet engine. That couple with the A/C unit meager heat output, led to a drafty cool night .
