Very clean, all new, independient acces to the property, quiet place, excellent weather, great ubication, beautiful views to the city, good neighbors ,perfect place to rest and work. You will find everything you need for short o long stays.

You have a private bathroom, kitchen, a comfortable sofa that it can became a bed also, a full size bed, A/C, TV, Wifi, Laundry and dryer room, rooftop with a grill to relax and enjoy your stay with a nice bbq.

We can offer you also meals and snacks, so you wont need to worry about cooking if you don't want to do it.
