I stay in many hotels. This has been one of the worst. Yes, the staff is great. Yes, it’s modern and clean. However, we could hear the people on each side of our own room coughing and talking all night. We could clearly hear the conversation and the coughing persisted through the night. The bed was so firm it was highly uncomfortable even for my husband who likes a very firm bed. The point is to get rest and this place does not allow for any real sleep.

All of those you mentioned above were great. I like the towels and there were plenty for our short trip. The girls at the front desk were so friendly and made you feel welcomed. They were there if you needed anything. I will always stay there when I am in the area.

the lack of breakfast and coffee that they touted they had every single day was absurd. They never had anything and the coffee was never filled or fresh. Theres no room for any of the food and it was pure chaos. Our room was also not as clean as we were told.
