I got what I paid for. It was just what I expected. Only 1 eating place nearby; the rest are a long drive away. But that has nothing to do with the Microtel.

This property smells bad from the moment you walk into the front lobby. The carpets are old, dirty and smelly. The showers were out dated and stained. The toilet seat was old and had stains also. Mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. They tried to paint over it but it bled through.
Towels are dingy. Sheets and blankets are dingy and the room smells worse than the lobby. There was dirt behind the chair in the carpet. They don’t seem to vacuum behind the chairs.
The lamps and wall pictures were new.
