We were really excited for our vacation at this property, but it was filled with multiple issues that left us frustrated. The yard hadn’t been mowed, and the pool was dirty and green upon our arrival. We couldn’t use it for the first two days. They added chemicals a few days later, without notifying us, it was unusable for several more hours. We had specifically chosen this property for its pool. We had multiple maintenance issues. The dryer was broken, the water heater wasn’t working, and there was a leaking tub that caused water to drip through the ceiling onto the couch downstairs. Though the property did send someone out to address the issues, it felt like a constant disruption to what should bea relaxing vacation. There were no clear instructions for trash collection and we ended up missing that day. The house had leftover food from previous renters, and we noticed broken closet doors throughout. It was clear that cleaning and maintenance were not a priority. There was a camera in the pool area we weren't notified of. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The biggest letdown was the lack of compensation from the property management for the numerous inconveniences. Despite the persistent issues and our inability to fully enjoy the amenities we paid for, they refused to issue any type of credit. The property had potential, the issues overshadowed that. It was spacious and decorated nicely.
