Sofa bed was unusable due to popcorn all in it. Extra bag pillow had blood specs on it. Shower had not been cleaned in a while. Room stays very hot, thermostat and AC only runs for a little while. Woke up one morning and entire hotel had no water and could not get an answer about when it would be fixed. When I asked the front seat about getting a refund so I could go check into another hotel, I was given a card of a manager and told this is all I can do. Area was safe and good proximity to Raymond James Stadium and the airport. Although I won’t be back to this hotel, without a partial credit for the hours of no water.

We had to be moved to another because they clean the carpet and wasnt dry yet..Husband went down and asked why the carpet would be wet and they said they just cleaned it and apologized and moved us to another room. Other than that it was good night stay before next day flight home

Clean room, easy access to restaurants and International Plaza. Hotel has a restaurant and bar; did not eat there but it was always busy with people. Front desk clerk wasn’t the typical friendly Hilton greeter, just gave me the key but was planning contactless checking but she said the room the app selected was not available. So maybe she thought since I was planning to do that, no need for any conversation.
