The location is very good. i enjoy the short walk to the MRT station. The hotel is honestly beyond expectations. Staff were all very professional and friendly. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. With the 24-hour bookstore right next to it, I enjoyed my stay.

We booked twin room, but it was extremely small — there was barely any space to open two suitcases, let alone move around comfortably. The bathroom counter was tiny and not practical for two people. While there was a large bathtub, it felt like a waste of space for travelers who spend most of the day out exploring and don’t have time to soak in a tub. What was most frustrating is that there was only one power outlet next to one bed. In this day and age, especially in a twin room meant for two people, this is a major oversight. It caused a lot of inconvenience! Also, we were surprised that for a hotel at this price point, basic toiletries were only provided upon request. That really did not feel premium at all. For the price we paid, it felt very overpriced — especially by Taiwan standards. Overall, we found it disappointing and not worth the cost.

This hotel was about a 10-15 min walk to MRT. The room was excellent. Dining facilities on the property are very limited as was the in room dining selection. While the lobby and rooms are nice, I would not personally rate this a 5* experience

Comfortable stay with thoughtful service, great location, and a few minor drawbacks. I liked the guest room layout — cozy but functional, with a sofa, separate WC, bathroom, and a good work desk. The gym is compact but has everything needed for a basic workout. Staff were excellent, especially Summer, who was cheerful, professional, and remembered our breakfast seating preference. Thanks to her, we enjoyed a lovely window seat overlooking the park. Breakfast had a nice balance of options, with a main dish to order. I especially liked the porridge and hot soy milk. Happy hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays is a nice bonus. The hotel’s location in the park is peaceful, and the mall next door offers plenty of dining options. There’s even a 24-hour bookstore — a personal favorite. Only downsides: no BBC/CNN or major international TV channels, and newspapers aren’t delivered to rooms — they’re laid out by the elevators and mostly in Chinese. The Taipei Times was the only English paper I saw.

Great designed,great location,service disappointed

When we first arrived, the front entrance felt a bit dated, but once we stepped into the lobby and reception area, we were truly impressed. The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant art and décor, a high ceiling, and a stylish library wall. The back entrance opens up to a serene view of Taipei 101 framed by lush greenery—very modern yet calming. The location is excellent—walking distance to Taipei 101 and many great spots. There's a concert hall next door, tons of food options nearby, a night market just 10 minutes by taxi, and a 24-hour bookstore right next to the hotel, which our kids absolutely loved. The hotel’s design is thoughtfully done. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite—while the living room was a bit small, the bedroom was spacious and both rooms had balconies that really gave us a relaxing holiday vibe. That said, while the hotel has a 5-star look and feel, service fell short. Staff often stayed behind the counter without greeting guests, which made the atmosphere less welcoming. Check-in was efficient, but afterwards, service felt cold. Amenities were minimal (toothbrush and a couple of cotton pads), and requests for extras were met with attitude, like being interrogated. We eventually gave up and bought our own. Overall, loved the design and location, but hope service improves to match the hotel’s stunning aesthetics.
