Retiro de 2 dormitorios frente al lago

Encantador edificio frente al lago construido en 1903 como un gimnasio para niños, convertido en 12 unidades de apartamentos independientes en la década de 1950. La unidad de 2 dormitorios, situado en la planta baja frente al lago con vistas espectaculares. Esta propiedad se encuentra en un terreno amplio lago, en un barrio residencial.

Esta unidad de planta baja incluye dos dormitorios y, 1. 5 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene un cuarto de polvo de conexión y una cama queen size. El segundo dormitorio incluye una cama de tamaño completo, y la sala de estar puede dormir más personas en el sofá cama. La entrada principal y el comedor están hundidos, por lo que hay un paso para acceder a la cocina, sala de estar y pasillo.

La cocina totalmente equipada incluye una estufa de gas, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavavajillas y nevera.

El patio, directamente frente a la puerta frente al lago. Un bar con taburetes se establece fuera en el patio para que pueda sentarse a disfrutar de café o vino, mientras ve el amanecer o la puesta de sol.

Se proporcionan kayaks y una canoa para su uso.

Hay una lavandería con monedas en el lugar. Suministros de lavandería están disponibles. Una barbacoa comunitaria también está disponible para su uso. Hay un pozo de fuego junto al lago, podrá disfrutar de relajarse con él, asado perritos calientes, haciendo s'mores. Esto junto con el muelle, y barbacoa son para uso de la comunidad, nuestros huéspedes y nuestros inquilinos.

El muelle (solo para huéspedes e inquilinos) es suyo para disfrutar del lago para relajarse y nadar.

Este es un edificio antiguo donde tenemos inquilinos permanentes que también viven en la propiedad. Durante el verano nuestros inquilinos y sus huéspedes disfrutan de las instalaciones proporcionadas. Por favor, ten en cuenta que si reservas estás compartiendo las zonas comunes y especialmente durante el verano no te importa personas que se divierten en el lago. De nuevo, este es un edificio antiguo.

Hay dos gatos en la propiedad que pertenecen a nuestros inquilinos, pero no permitimos mascotas en nuestras unidades que ponemos a disposición para alquilar en vrbo.

Spectacular view from the front door. The property is very thoughtfully well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Check-in/check-out instructions were perfectly laid out which made the process seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Nice space with a wonderful backyard right on the lake. The unit is separate from the rest of the building and is accessed around back. The apartment is a little dated in spots but nicely kept up and clean, with a well-furnished kitchen. It was a good spot for our family.

First off I will say the host were an absolute delight and very accommodating to all the odd needs we requested and even provided some nice places to go visit in the area . The view of this place is so beautiful and relaxing if you love lake side and all the activity’s it provides this is the place for you. I came here with my best friend and later in our stay some old friends that we haven’t seen in a long while and the apartment accommodated all 4 of us well. The kitchen was full equipped maby certain utensils could be updated as some were rather worn out but they surely got the job done. We had 2 disappointments with the place the first more than like was me reading to fast but I thought it was an entire home but it was a home broken up to multiple rental options in the home and we didn’t expect there to other tenants but we acclimated quickly. The 2nd disappointment with the apartment was there was no AC I was honestly devastated when we were told this as I’m a person who loves to be in colder temperatures but luckily the outside temperature throughout our stay was on the cool side so we just had to open some windows and it was the cold I loved one recommendation for the owners of the home is to invest in some more window screens a few spiders found there way in but we took them back outside so no worry’s but for future guest some screens would be beneficial As far as that goes the stay was delightful and I look forward to returning! And I think those interested should!

Wonderful hosts and surroundings. It’s like your home away from home, but a thousand times better. Kayaks and paddle board available for you to use as well as life vests.Full kitchen with spices and sauces and even pancake mix for you to cook with. Safe neighborhood.

We love the fully stocked kitchen, the comfy beds and the space in general. The yard and lake are beautiful. Plenty of parking, and the hosts are truly so kind and want to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Also check out that cute donut shop nearby, so good!!!

Beautiful lake

It was a fabulous view and many water toys to satisfy all ages. Loved the fire pit. Tiffanie and Mike were wonderful, they looked out for our every need. Very comfortable, nice fluffy towels, lots of kitchen dishes, pots and pans. Everything you would need to cook. We will be back to visit— for sure. We loved it, lots of outdoor seating.

Graduation visit

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from University of Puget Sound in Tacoma. The hosts greeted us when we arrived late Friday night, near 11 PM, showed us to our room & demonstrated how to use the code to unlock & lock the door. Kitchen was well-equipped, enjoyed reading by the lake & made 2 fires in the fire pit. Nicely landscaped. Kayaks & a paddle board were available & other guests used them. Thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing stay. Also left us a gift card for the local donut shop, which was nice. Several restaurants in Lakewood, including the best pho I've ever had at Pho-Thai. Wasn't hard to drive to Tacoma. Beware traveling to Seattle during rush hour, though!

Family Vacation

We were vacationing in the Olympia and Seattle area and wanted a place where we could spread out more than in a hotel room and a place where we could make meals. We saw your property on Vrbo and thought it would be a great place for us. It was perfect for our needs. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the kayaks, the games on the third floor, and the balls and tent were perfect for our 13 month old toddler. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a minor hiccup upon checking but it was rectified in a matter of minutes. The lakefront was calm and peaceful and very scenic. We enjoyed the rare treat of northern lights!! The accommodation was well appointed and spacious and had everything we needed. My mattress was enclosed in a plastic case which was a bit strange and crinkly but didn’t interfere with my sleep. Having the extra half bathroom was much appreciated and the caretaker was kind and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood

Interior of location was well furnished. The exterior could use some maintenance. Water hoses were left scattered on the walkways and landscaping tools and cleanup debris left on trail to the lake. Great location just needs more oversight for safety.
