Expensive motel, hard beds and pillows. Wasnt very clean, saw stains on pillow and sheets. Called service to clean and new towels. Lady said she can get them to me 10am. 10:30 comes around and i have to check out by 11. No towels still. I call for late check out since i was waiting for towels they said they will only give till 11:30. The motel was empty and i see the service ladies changing sheets for rooms but still no towels for me.

The first room had ants in tve bathroom. I had to take a video and bring to reception. The second room had only freezing cold water in tbe shower, not even slightly warm. Floors were sticky, but beds were clean. Went outside for am evening walk and Marijuana smell all over the area. Never again! However, staff was very nice.

Front desk lady extremely rude argued with me about a medical condition. They WILL charge your card after you leave! I was in a bind and hand no choice to say here but STAY AWAY !!!!!! Towels had stains, no soap in the room.

Little value for money. Tetanus shots up to date?
Check in was interesting They upgraded me to a kitchenette as they were out of two bed rooms. It took about 5 minutes for her to decide to do it. Dog charge is 50 per night. More than any hotel I have ever stayed at. 2 queen bed Room comes with 2 towels. If you need more, it is 20 dollars per towel. No for that price you do not get to keep it. Breakfast consists of coffee, Costco water bottle, Costco packaged roll or Costco granola bar. Nothing else. No juice, no yogurt, no toast or toaster, nothing. Floor in room is gross, keep your shoes on. It is sticky and not cleaned well. My feet were black with dirt from walking to bed after shower. I am pretty sure they will charge for the dirty foot smudges on the sheets from their floor being so dirty. Tv remote did not work and was sticky. Tv was missing cable box power supply. Kitchen was bare. Every cabinet was empty, no utensils, no dish soap, no pan, literally nothing. Refer doors opened backwards. 5 screws to reverse the doors. Bathroom was not clean. Water was hot and bed was comfortable. Pet area was not maintained and no poop bags were present.
Bathroom floor. Not sure what is stuck on floor.

Good central location, minutes from the freeway. It's South Tacompton, so keep that in mind. The room was comfortable, except for the noise. You can hear every adjoining room turning on a faucet like it's right next to you. If you can't sleep through a little noise, this ain't for you.

I liked the property was on average clean. Toilet seat was broken did not notice until I actually sat on it the evening of my second day. Saturday morning I went to grab some breakfast in breakfast room only thing available was coffee a sugary baked good bottled water or protein bar. I came with my pet and the pet fee charged was $50 dollars a day. I find that was very expensive for a room that had a Lino type floor. Pet fee have usually been around 25 dollar or less and I think that Pet fee that high should be in link. I did not see that. Pet fee alone will dissuade me from making reservations again here
