Old, need update.

The reception was unfriendly and cold both at check in and check out . Almost rude . Both ladies. Dirt on mirrors, floor was sticky , not mopped and dirty. Very poor for Days Inn . Finally Breakfast sucked unlike Advertised “ I am a Wyndham Gold member and have visited many Dats Inn but this one sucked

The front desk lady called me like 30 minutes before my check in and told me that she was going to cancel my reservation because they were overbooked. I made the reservation the day before and they decided to call me 30 minutes before my check in time. Sounds like one their friends needed a room.

I didn't like that the property was set up like a motel instead of a hotel. The pictures of the property do not reflect that. The curtains were only one layer so either we could have them closed or open (for anyone passing by to look inside); there was no second curtain for ambient or translucent natural light. The breakfast options were lacking. Few to no proteins (no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, etc) several cheap carbs (sugar cereal, white bread and plain bagels, plain oatmeal). Housekeeping was lacking. Couldn't tell they came to the room aside from making up the bed. Didn't replenish soaps and lotions. Nothing was swept. It covered the bare bones basic for shelter. The staff was friendly enough but I would not stay again.

Checked in to our not so happy to be at work receptionists. Asked her for NO room service because of important documents and paper work, as this was a business trip. So she said she'll put a note on our account. 1st day left room with suitcase on bed and paperwork. Came back to paperwork in suitcase and room made after requesting NO room service. Went to front desk next day with different workers in front and told them No room service again. Same deal, got in late only to fine room had been serviced, things left as is but trash had been empty. Went to front desk 3rd day and repeatedly ask for NO room service NONE. There must not be any communication between front desk and room service because with all the notes left room service still didnt see or listen, i mean whos running this place? I didnt like anything about my stay. Place very sketchy, people hanging out on 2nd floor all hour of night. Room had a very strong musky smell, and had to get a plug in air freshener to drown that musky smell. Stains on blanket and towels, good thing we brought our own towels. Very low shower pressure and very dirty bathroom. Hair in all the corners of the bathroom. After 3rd day of complaining about room service 1 of our room keys didn't work. Pet friendly hotel so whos cleaning up after the animals if they relieve then selves in the parking lot? 3rd day of stay, a wet pile of dog crap in front our room door in the parking stall, and was there thru the duration of our stay. Don't recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights, our room wasn’t the most quiet, the first night there was an 18 wheeler parked nearby with the engine running all night. 2nd and 3rd night was ok. There are chips and a crack on the toilet seat gave the appearance of dirty. On the 2nd day, maybe misunderstood, the room was left uncleaned, the front desk person had to bring in a set of clean towels. Breakfast was of typical continental variety, good options to choose from. The front desk people work hard to replenished and cleaned the breakfast room.

The rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

This motel is an average motel. However, the staff is very above average. They are friendly and helpful.

We booked a room with double beds a few weeks in advance of a concert only to be told that Orbitz over-booked by 3 rooms and would we be willing to take a King bed? Not the best solution since travelling with my sister-in-law!! But every other hotel was booked. (This place is more of a MOTEL) we were given a room facing the highway which was noisy and outside our window was the light for their sign. So I got exactly ZERO sleep since it was bright all night! While it is clean enough and the staff are good, beware of what room you get and make sure you get the room you book!!

The motel is good condition not in the greatest place in Lakewood. Had police patrol twice. Front office was very friendly wifi excellent. If your on a budget consider this place. Some of the guests were sketching but nothing happened to us. Never did we feel in danger just knew we weren't in the greatest place. We traveled with my 2 minor children. I used the laundry washed clothes and decided to book room in Gig Harbor more expensive but closer to family event. Rooms were clean.

The breakfast área is small but they have a good variety of items, the rooms are very clean, staff is helpful.

The hotel suited our needs. Nothing wrong with it.

We are sorry to here this. Due to major lack of staffing combined with overflow in bookings it is very hard to manage overbookings. we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will strive to make sure this does not happen again.
