Staff were really friendly and they did everything to make the stay good. The room was dated and very tired. Lots of things broken in room, mould on window surrounds, not lots but sills etc could do with a clean. Couldnt change the air con which meant the room was quite hot. It wasnt bad but i wouldnt stay here again.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Centrally located for handy access to theatres, shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. I very much enjoyed the indoor lap pool. Gym was well equipped. Wifi was steady and reliable.

Great location close to shops, darling Harbour. Nice clean pool and hot tub. Rooms badly in need of room upgrades/ decor improvements, very limited storage in room. Bathroom terrible, not even toilet roll holder, very basic looking.

The room was very well set up and it was nice to have kitchen facilities. Staff were excellent on check-in and throughout our stay, very welcoming and made us feel relaxed. Easy walk from Town Hall station and the cafe next door was great. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the bed was very very hard. Not what we’re used to normally. Would highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind a really firm bed.

The customer service was not even a consideration, non-existent entirely and dismissive. In regards to check in process, room service, proper room as requested was ignored, noise levels after specifically requesting quiet levels before running a marathon, smoke in building through vents, front desk absent often and the rooms are old and outdated but were tolerable.
