There are many issues that need to be addressed here at this property… For the price it should have been a dream weekend. Sadly it was anything but.
Very loud noise , voices from adjoining room, tv right next to the door, was like a loud speaker.
Bath tub had a greasy ring stound it not clean
Random pubic hair in bottom of the tub, and a gift was left in the toilet. I did not want to add foto of that.

I can tell that this will be a dynamite hotel when it’s done but sadly there was still so much under construction, it was hard to enjoy my short stay. To be honest, I don’t think they should be welcoming guests yet without more of a complete experience provided. I look forward to trying it again in a few months when they are well and truly open for business.

The room was beautiful- stunning outlook. The staff were friendly and approachable. The room service was dreadful. We ordered on the first night and it took almost 2 hours, so we ended up cancelling. Then on our last night it came with no cutlery or napkins. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The staff were fantastic. The hotel is new and still under construction. The rooms are very modern but unfortunately our curtains kept opening and lights kept coming on throughout the night due to motion sensors in the room, and the manager apologized and provided us with a free breakfast. Overall our stay was wonderful. A block from Coogee Beach!

All of the staff was so wonderful and helpful both in hospitality and recommendations on where to eat and hang out. Evelyn in dining was particularly helpful and very friendly. Out bell hoppers were also so lovely as well, can’t remember the woman’s name but she helped with our bags and was so friendly. Hannah from reception was especially kind to us since we had been very jet lagged and she was so accommodating. Thank you all for the lovely experience and good food in the restaurant.
