Be aware there is only one entrance in and out of the hotel and it is key access 24/7. No available staff after 11pm. Good access to the airport.

We believed from Expedia that there was an airport shuttle and there was not.

The staff is amazing, so helpful! Location outstanding, right downtown with great restaurants nearby. A resident porcupine walks down the sidewalk out front. We enjoyed the good breakfast and hot tub. Because of the downtown location, it can get noisy early in the morning. It is a refurbished older building, they did a remarkable job updating. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep, a concern for older customers or anyone with a disability.

Kyra was amazing. She made our trip one for the books! Located nicely between downtown and the airport. Very clean.

The staff that cleaned the room was very friendly and efficient. The room was old,circa 60's, and need an upgrade...especially the bathroom. For the price I expected better.
