The bathroom was gross- the shower room was not cleaned with hair from previous guest all over the shower; grime; shower water flowing out of the shower; the toilet seat broken; broken hanger and clothes from previous guest left in closet; huge stained sheets still used even if cleaned. Extremely gross and will not book again. Seems others have raised the same concerns from other review sites but the hotel does not seem to care as nothing has been done to improve. This is an embarrassment for the Mercure/Accor group and should get the owners to budget more ; review their KPI.

The rooms were filthy. We checked in, went to our room and noticed the floor was dirty, the stove top and splash-back were filthy, there was left over food, open milk bottles, excessive mould throughout the bathroom. It honesty appeared like the room wasn’t cleaned from the prior tenant. The facilities were also well overdue for maintenance - chunks out of walls and nails sticking out. The kettle had a hole in the base and water leaked over the cord - an extreme hazard. The one plus was the breakfast & breakfast staff - food was great & staff were lovely. Overall, I would never stay at this property again.

There was nothing particularly memorable about this property. It was just one more hotel room. On the plus side, the Accessible Room is well designed, with a very usable shower stall. We were irritated when the room was not serviced by housekeeping despite our having hung the tag on the door. When we called at 3pm to ask if the room would be serviced we were told that all the housekeepers had gone home. We were given a stack of towels and told that we'd be given a $10 food and beverage credit for our inconvenience. Since this is the same credit offered if we had volunteered for no housekeeping, and we'd declined to volunteer, how is giving us something we'd already declined deemed to be a worthwhile gesture? Parking was convenient. The location is nothing special as we ended up driving to everywhere we wanted to go.
