The room was amazing the staff was very accommodating. Love the holiday inn branches never had a bad experience. It was raining and they gave us an umbrella to use for the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking so somewhere to stay

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sumner. The check-in staff greeted us warmly and set a great tone for the visit. We did have a bit of a struggle with our room key—the door lock wasn't cooperating—but the night staff went above and beyond to get it fixed for us. Once inside, the room was wonderful and very clean. We noticed the TV remote was missing, and when we mentioned it, the staff kindly moved us to a second room. Even though we ran into the same lock issue in the new room, the night crew was on top of it and resolved it immediately. A huge shoutout to the night staff for being so amazing and helpful! The only downside was the breakfast. It starts at 6:00 AM and has options, but the quality wasn't quite there. I’d recommend skipping the breakfast and grabbing a bite elsewhere, but the service and cleanliness of the hotel are definitely worth the stay.
