I didn’t check in. We were delayed and since I can’t drive at night I had to stop before I got to the hotel. I called the hotel to inform them of this and they told me no refund of my charge would be made until they heard from Expedia. I could not get in touch with a human at either Expedia or Hotels.com. I bought the “insurance” to avoid this kind of conclusion. Now what do I do to get my money back?

Very great experience staying there. Had a meeting and was not able to check out on time so they let me stay few extra hours to finish my meeting and check out . Will definitely stay there again as we are Penn State parents and we visit often to see our daughter who is in college there
