Wir können nur dringend abraten! Was sich im Internet liebevoll und gepflegt präsentiert, entpuppt sich bereits beim Betreten des Hauses als das Gegenteil: durch einen beengten, nach dort abgestellten Mülltonnen riechenden Treppenaufgang gelangt man in eine Wohnung, die geprägt ist von mehr als schlichtem Mobiliar und abgenutzt- speckigen Sitzmöbeln, die Türklinke im Bad fällt bei Berührung zu Boden. Am unangenehmsten ist der penetrante, billige Raumduft überall, man fragt sich, was er zu überdecken sucht.Die Reaktion der Hausverwaltung auf unsere Kritik war wenig professionell - deeskalierend, sondern ausschließlich verständnislos - abwehrend. Schade!

Zauberhafte Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der kleine Balkon mit Blick auf die Schwinge ist zauberhaft. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Der Hansehafen mit Restaurants und Cafés befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nette ruhige Fewo in der Altstadt von Stade

Unseren Aufenthalt in Stade Anfang Juli haben wir sehr genossen. Die Fewo liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist zumindest von Montag bis Donnerstag sehr ruhig. Neben einer sehr schönen Altstadt mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Gaststätten lohnt ein Ausflug entlang der Schwinge und des Burggrabens einschliesslich der Museumsinsel.

Top Lage, wunderschöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Balkon mit Blick auf "Klein Venedig" und von 11-18 Uhr Sonne - insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Wohlfühlen wie "Zuhause"

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig sowie praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die sofort das Gefühl gibt, als wäre man Zuhause angekommen. Tolles Haus mit super Ausblick. Lage zur Altstadt mit sehr kurzen Wegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe / -abgabe im Café verlief unkompliziert. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Schön & gut

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und umfassend ausgestattet. Stade ist natürlich bei Sonnenschein am Schönsten, aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es in der Wohnung gut aushalten. Tipp bei Schietwetter: Buchhandlung F. Schaumburg ( Große Schmiedestraße, 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung ), eine der schönsten Buchhandlungen europaweit (!), tolle Auswahl, gute Beratung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Hauses. Bestens ausgestattet. Herausragende Lage. Wunderbarer Blick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt. Nach wenigen Schritten ist man am romantischen alten Hafen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das war eine der besten und stilvollsten Feriwnwohnungen, die wir ( Ehepaar 62/68 ) bisher gehabt haben. Alle Angaben des Inserates stimmten, die Einrichtung war - auch für länger als 1 Woche - gemütlich und komfortabel und die zentrale Lage unschlagbar. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal in der Wohnung und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
