Fabulous hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the prosecco, fruit and flowers in our room on arrival to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The facilities were fantastic and we made use of the lovely pool area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and eager to help. We would definitely return and would highly recommend it as a great place to stay around St Helier.

Need better pillows

Nice hotel, where to park was not clear on entering. The room was boiling when we arrived but lovely and clean. Pillows were super uncomfortable, but the mattress was a good quality. Breakfast was a nice selection and service was swift. The spa pools needed to be warmer, most thermal baths I have been to are like walking in to a hot bath. The hottest one was barely warm.

Lovely hotel with a touch of luxury

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are very helpful. We stayed in low season so it was not busy. We enjoyed the location from where we could stroll into town. About 20mins. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel.

Fantastic experience

Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return.

Wedding celebration

We were there to celebrate my sons marriage, we had a lovely afternoon, the restaurant looked stunning and the food was great. The staff were very helpful, especially the restaurant manager who helped me with the set up on the day , and Putting all the decorations safe for me to collect the next day . We also stayed over at the hotel.

Old world grandeur on the outside, set in its own grounds away from towncentre hub bub. Presenting spaciousness on the inside with staff attentive to the level of service expected by their customers in a 4* hotel. We had looked at images of the hotel, what you see and hope for is what you get. We were not disappointed with any part of our stay. Breakfast had a good choice and staff only too happy to assist. Thoroughly enjoyed everything on offer. Evening dining available, competitively priced, fish and chips cooked fresh and delicious. Followed by an even more delicious dessert. The biggest joy for us, which was better than we dared hope, was the spa. What a treat. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, hot and cold pool. Sun beds to enjoy a good book after a relaxing sauna after a hard day touring the wonderful Jersey by bus and foot. Local Bus service to the bus station at regular intervals throughout the day. Able bodied should walk , quicker and not unpleasant, not that far 20 minutes. 10/10 we would not hesitate about returning
