Every aspect was great. Breakfasts were absolutely superb, and so were the bar meals. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is great as there is a stop very close to the front door for the bus that covers the modest distance to the town centre every 20 minutes. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan. From talking to another guest we became aware that there is a sister hotel with shared facilities. It would have been good to be told this on arrival. The rooms on the front of the hotel open on to the road which was busy morning and evening times. I would stay here again

Nicest Best Western I have stayed in, which says a lot as they are normally a dive. On-site parking is limited though so be aware of this. Would definitely stay again!

Family stay

4 night stay, family of 4 in family room, this was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is noticeably clean and staff friendliness and helpfulness was outstanding. Nelson on the front desk deserves a mention for excellent customer care. The hotel is well located and there is an excellent breakfast. We are in the bar once and again food was good.
